Our clients that seek legal advice are given a competent opinion based on a sufficient knowledge of the relevant facts, an adequate consideration of the applicable laws and the Attorney's own experience and expertise.
Clients are advised and encouraged to compromise or settle disputes whenever its possible to do so on a reasonable basis. Where it is not, however, the Attorney's duty is fearlessly to raise every issue, advance every argument and ask every question, however distasteful, which will help the client's case and endeavour to obtain for the client the benefit of any and every remedy and defence available to him or her.
Our Litigatian Attorney's are experienced and handle all forms of court actions both in the Magistrate's and the Supreme Court. On a monthly basis we deal with a minimum of 100 litigation matters in court.
